In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Headings are provided for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of these Terms. Any reference to a statute, regulation, or legal instrument includes all amendments and re-enactments in force from time to time.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the Player) and krikay11 (the Company). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and, if applicable, request account closure by contacting our support team.

Access to and use of the krikay11 Platform is conditional on your acceptance of these Terms. The Company reserves the right to deny access to or suspend any Account where a Player has violated, or is suspected of violating, any provision of these Terms.

These Terms apply to all services offered on the krikay11 Platform, including but not limited to: sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi, and other markets), live casino games, slot games, crash games, virtual sports, promotional offers, and customer support interactions.

By ticking the acceptance checkbox during registration — or by continuing to use the Platform following any update to these Terms — you confirm your ongoing agreement to be bound by the current version of these Terms as published on the krikay11 website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any changes.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active Account on krikay11, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing the Platform from Bangladesh or from a jurisdiction in which online betting is not prohibited for you personally.
• You are not acting on behalf of, or depositing funds on behalf of, any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee of krikay11 or any of its affiliated partner companies.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from krikay11 or had an Account permanently closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are of sound mind and are not registering or placing bets under duress or while under the influence of substances that impair your judgment.

krikay11 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any point during the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension and the withholding of withdrawal requests until verification is completed.

Players who provide false information regarding their age during registration will have their Account permanently closed, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposited funds may be retained pending investigation in accordance with applicable law.

Each individual may hold only one Account on krikay11. The registration of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, mobile number, device, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts will be suspended upon detection, and any balances held across such accounts may be consolidated, voided, or forfeited depending on the circumstances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, a valid Bangladeshi mobile number, and a working email address. You must notify krikay11 promptly if any of this information changes by contacting our support team or updating your account profile.

Account security is your personal responsibility. You must:

• Choose a strong, unique password for your krikay11 Account that is not used for any other service.
• Keep your login credentials strictly confidential and not share them with any other person under any circumstances.
• Log out of your Account at the end of each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via Bangladeshi mobile OTP if available — strongly recommended for all accounts.
• Notify krikay11 support immediately at support@krikay11 if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

krikay11 will never contact you to request your password, full card number, or full bKash/Nagad PIN. Any communication claiming to be from krikay11 that requests such information should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

The Company accepts no liability for losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials, except where such losses result directly from a security breach attributable to the Platform itself.

KYC Verification

krikay11 is committed to responsible identity verification. All Players will be required to complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal request is processed. KYC documentation required may include: a government-issued National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driver's licence; a selfie held alongside the identity document; and proof of ownership of the payment method used (e.g., screenshot of bKash account in the Player's name).

KYC verification is typically completed within 24–48 hours of document submission. Players are encouraged to complete KYC proactively rather than waiting until their first withdrawal to avoid delays.

krikay11 processes all financial transactions exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The following payment methods are accepted for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Additional payment options may be available on the Platform from time to time.

Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 via bKash or Nagad. Minimum deposit thresholds for other payment methods are displayed at the point of deposit.
• Deposits are credited to your Account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference.
• krikay11 does not charge deposit fees for any supported payment method. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• All funds deposited must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and full refund to the originating source.
• By depositing funds, you confirm that the funds are not derived from any illegal activity and that you are the sole beneficial owner of those funds.

Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000. Maximum single withdrawal amounts are displayed within your Account dashboard and may vary by payment method and account verification status.
• Withdrawals to verified bKash and Nagad accounts are processed within 5 minutes of approval during standard operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as your krikay11 Account. The Company will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is approved. Withdrawal requests submitted before KYC completion will be held pending verification.
• krikay11 reserves the right to perform additional security checks on withdrawal requests above ৳50,000, which may extend processing time by up to 48 hours.
• Bonus Funds are not withdrawable directly. Only winnings generated through the completion of applicable wagering requirements may be withdrawn.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted through the krikay11 Platform. Product-specific rules for individual sports markets, casino game variants, and crash games are published within the relevant game or market section of the Platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Sports Betting

• All bets are accepted subject to sufficient Account Balance. Bets placed on credit or against an insufficient balance will be voided.
• Once a bet is confirmed and a bet reference number is issued, the bet cannot be amended or cancelled by the Player except where an in-play cash-out option is explicitly available and activated by the Player before event settlement.
• krikay11 reserves the right to suspend betting markets at any time without notice, including during live events, where market integrity concerns arise.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error (palpable error), krikay11 reserves the right to void any affected bets, regardless of whether the event has settled. Players will be notified and their stake returned.
• Cricket betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers matches — are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body (BCB, ICC, BCCI). No changes to official results after settlement will be accepted as grounds for bet revision.

Casino and RNG Games

• All casino games — including live dealer titles from Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi, and RNG slot titles from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Microgaming — operate under their respective game studios' certified RNG systems and published Return-to-Player (RTP) rates.
• In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error during a casino game session, the game round will be settled according to the game's server-side record. If the server record is incomplete, the affected round will be voided and the stake returned.
• Progressive jackpot wins are paid in full. krikay11 does not cap progressive jackpot payouts, but maximum single-session withdrawal limits apply post-win.

Crash Games

• Crash games, including Aviator by Spribe, use provably fair algorithms that can be independently verified by Players. Round outcomes are determined before the round begins and cannot be influenced by the Platform or any third party after initiation.
• Players must cash out before the crash event occurs. Failure to cash out in time results in the loss of the bet amount for that round.

krikay11 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any promotion-specific terms published alongside the offer.

• Bonus offers are available to eligible Players only. Eligibility criteria are defined per promotion and may include minimum deposit thresholds, account verification status, geographic location within Bangladesh, and time-limited registration windows.
• Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement of at least 20x the bonus amount before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Higher wagering multipliers may apply to specific promotions and will be clearly stated in the offer terms.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Sports bets typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Slot games contribute at rates between 50%–100% depending on the title. Live casino games, crash games, and certain table games may contribute at lower rates (10%–50%) or not at all. Specific contribution rates are published within each promotion's terms.
• Bonus Funds and real-money Balance are tracked separately in your Account. Real-money Balance is used first in all game rounds unless otherwise specified in a promotion's terms.
• krikay11 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or expire any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses that have already been credited to a Player's Account will remain subject to the terms in place at the time of crediting.
• Abuse of promotional offers — including coordinated multi-account bonus claiming, arbitrage betting, or use of automated betting software — will result in bonus voiding, account suspension, and potential forfeiture of winnings.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the krikay11 Platform. Engaging in any of the actions listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Fraudulent activity: Use of stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment credentials; chargebacks initiated in bad faith after funds have been wagered; or any other form of financial fraud directed at krikay11 or its payment partners.
• Money laundering: Depositing and withdrawing funds without genuine gaming activity, or any other use of the Platform that constitutes or facilitates money laundering under applicable Bangladeshi law.
• Match fixing and sports manipulation: Placing bets on any sporting event in which you have prior knowledge of a manipulated outcome, or acting in concert with any match-fixing syndicate.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other Players in any game or betting market to gain an unfair advantage, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker-style games or coordinated cash-out timing in crash games.
• Use of automated software: Deploying bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated betting system to interact with the Platform without the express prior written consent of krikay11.
• Exploitation of technical errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or technical malfunctions to generate winnings. Any winnings derived from known technical errors are void and will be reclaimed.
• Unauthorised access: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another Player's Account, the Platform's backend systems, or any payment processing infrastructure connected to krikay11.
• Underage gambling: Registering or permitting access to the Platform by any person under the age of 18 years.
• Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, forged identity documents, or any other misleading information in connection with your Account or any KYC request.

krikay11 cooperates fully with Bangladesh law enforcement authorities and relevant financial intelligence units in the investigation of suspected fraud, money laundering, and match-fixing activities involving the Platform.

krikay11 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a Player's financial institution.
• Discovery that a Player has registered from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Discovery that the Account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Court order, regulatory directive, or instruction from a law enforcement authority.
• A Player's own request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming Policy.

Where an Account is suspended for investigation purposes, krikay11 will aim to complete its review within 30 days and communicate the outcome to the Player via registered email. If the investigation concludes in the Player's favour, the Account will be reinstated and any withheld real-money balance will be released.

Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to close their Account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting our support team at support@krikay11. Upon receipt of a voluntary closure request, krikay11 will:

• Process any outstanding withdrawal of verified real-money Balance within 5 business days.
• Void any Bonus Funds remaining at the time of closure.
• Deactivate the Account and confirm closure via email within 48 hours of the withdrawal being processed.

Players who have active self-exclusion requests in place may not reopen their Account before the exclusion period expires. Requests to override a self-exclusion before its expiry will not be accepted regardless of the reason given.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, krikay11 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind — whether direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive — arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the krikay11 Platform or any of its services.
• Any interruption, suspension, delay, or failure of the Platform or any connected third-party service (including payment processors, game providers, and data feed suppliers).
• Any loss of funds, profits, data, or business opportunity resulting from your use of the Platform.
• Any bet or game result that you consider to be unfair, inaccurate, or erroneous where such result has been determined in accordance with the applicable game or market rules.
• Any unauthorised access to your Account arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any reliance on information, odds, statistics, or content displayed on the Platform that subsequently proves to be incorrect or outdated.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, krikay11's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits krikay11's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

krikay11 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version of these Terms will always be available on the krikay11 website at /terms-conditions and will display the effective date and version number at the top of the document.

For material changes — those that significantly affect Players' rights, obligations, or the financial terms of using the Platform — krikay11 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via:

• An email notification sent to your registered email address.
• A platform notification displayed upon login to your Account.
• A notice published in the News or Updates section of the krikay11 website (where applicable).

Minor changes — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, and updates to reflect changes in third-party game provider offerings — may be made without prior notice and take effect immediately upon publication.

Your continued use of the krikay11 Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure before the amended Terms take effect.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operational jurisdiction of krikay11. Players accessing the Platform from Bangladesh do so subject to local laws and regulations, including those relating to online gaming and financial transactions.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of your krikay11 Account, a bet settlement, a withdrawal, or any other Platform matter, you should follow the process below:

1. Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit your complaint to support@krikay11 with full details of the dispute, including your Account username, the relevant transaction or bet reference number, and a clear description of the issue. Our support team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours (BST).
2. Step 2 — Formal Review: If the initial support response does not resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, you may escalate it to a formal review by replying to the support ticket and requesting senior escalation. The formal review team will respond within 5 business days.
3. Step 3 — Final Decision: krikay11 will issue a final written decision on all formally escalated complaints. This decision represents the Company's final position on the matter.

krikay11 is committed to resolving all Player disputes fairly and transparently. We encourage Players to use the internal dispute resolution process fully before considering any external recourse.

These Terms do not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of Bangladesh that cannot be excluded or limited by contract.
